Label type field

Hi Expert,

I need to create a Label type field on opportunity page layout:
As per below image i need "Security 4" Label in stanard page layout.

Are you asking how to make the field read only on the View of an Opportunity? Is the field editable on the edit screen of an Opportunity record?

Have you tried limiting readability using field level security and page layout assignments per profile?

I need just heading on opportunity page layout like "Security4" is heading of "Account Type"
