receiving flow error saying something went wrong

I get a "something went wrong" message froma flow that was working. Nothing has changed and yet we now receive this message. I run the new debugger but I get the same error message. Can anyone help?

I also get an email saying this:

An error has occurred while processing your request. The salesforce.com support team has been notified of the problem.
