not able to set up new Trailhead playground

Trying yo set up another (5th) Trailhead Playground.  However, when I click to create a new playground, nothing is happenings.

Hi ATF,

Please try to logout and clear cache.
You can have up to 10 Trailhead Playgrounds at one time.

Both answer do not work.    1) cleared cache and still not able to create or choose another existing playground.  2) THis is what I was already doing and still not able to select another existing playground or start a new one.
