Adeline Moore Is it possible to edit the related to field in a lead record?
When creating a task and selecting Lead the related to field is greyed out.
But when I select Contact from dropdown the related field becomes editable. Is it possible to relate a task on a lead record?

Salesforce has not enabled 'Related To' field on Lead. There is an idea posted for this but it is under point threshold. You can vote for it.
