Stuck in deployment

Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to deploy the components of a SF org (Dev org) to an other one (Test org), But I'm stuck with the following errors :

They look straight forward. The error says picklist values does not exist! - So create the values in your test org and validate again ! 
No workflow name - check if you are deplyoying the workflow field update component - if not create the same workflow in your test org and validate again
