Change Default Case Owner to a Blank field- Support Settings

Need to change the default case owner to a blank field until we figure out the default user or queque.

Hi Hudson,

You can not keep a Blank field to Default case owner. You have to select at least user/ queue in this field.

Yes Im aware. Before there was a user entered in, it was orginally blank. Is there a way to have it "reset" to blank again?
