I'm taking the 'Enable Salesforce Knowledge' under Knowledge Basics, and am in the sandbox. The 2nd step of entering 'Knowledge' in the Quick Search box is not rendering any results. Please advise.
I was in Classic so that's not the probem. Another user I'm working with experienced the same issue. Is it possible if someone can actually try or test it out to validate the problem?
In order to configure knowledge, the admin has to have this checkbox enabled for you.
