Superbadge Business Administration Specialist (Challenge 3)
I have built the reports and dashboards as outlined in the requirements, but I'm getting the following error "Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: Couldn't find a component with the title 'My Top Accounts'."
However, I have the component on the dashboard as you can see below.
What am I missing?

Although this should not result into this error but check if 'folder' and 'view dashboard as- dashboard viewer' is correctly set. Also try cloning if you get error and delete original and rename back to Rep Scoreboard.

One note, I have adopted the practice of cutting/pasting the titles, descriptions, subtitles, etc., (rather than typing it myself) in Trailhead mods, as sometimes an extra space might cause an issue.
Also, make sure to refresh the dashboard right before validation. I don't think that would affect this error, but...?

Hi I have a problem with report 'Accounts by Market'
Error: The 'Accounts by Market' report does not show the correct level of detail.
I don't know whats wrong.

can you share your report to me?
Recheck your bucket field. Make sure you have :
Utility: Customer-Direct, Customer-Channel
Residential: Residential
Unbucketed : Rest of all
It seems this is incorrect in your report.
kan you send me a print screen of your report because I have made some changes in my type field, so if they check the number of records it coud be a problem. so can you tell me how many Utility , residential and other occiunts you haven thx

Finally, I have solved the 3rd challenge.
My Mistake is -- I was using my custom created report type instead of standard "Case" report type.
even after having tried everythting i'm getting this error.

Please check if your report is built correctly, and otherwise create your report again.
... do not forget to refresh your dashboard every time you change something ...
I have grouped in with Account Name and Summarized with Annual Revenue , I've not changed any values in the report all are default.
To resolve your issue, please refresh your both the Dashboard, as any changes to the report is not reflected, so if you have done any changes in the report, then you need to refresh the Dashboard, then this issue will get resolved.
But I believe my report and buckets look correct and I refreshed the dashboards before checking

I think you made a mistake while importing data. Under ratings field there is no 'Warm' value. Do a cleanup, delete all the records and import the data as shown in the screen shot here. hope this helps. Please do not go by the error message! They dont litterally mean the exact error!
logout of playground, trailhead and log backin again. check the playground where you have the data imported.
sometimes we do our hanson on one playground and by mistake we have another playground listed where we check our challenge.

these are my steps for creating the report.
I created the custom report accounts with contacts and contacts hobbies.
Its a matrix report, grouped by hobby type rows (bucket field was created) and then grouped by rating for the columns.
Please let me know how to get pass this section. Been drving me insane. Thanks in advance

Can you please guide me how to fix Challenge 2 of superbadge: Business Administration Specialist. I believe Solution is part of salesforce classic and this challenge 2 is for salesforce lightning. I am not able to relate solution component to User Shinje Tashi.

I am using my personal Dev Org, and have created a new Playground for this Superbadge. When I go to check step 3, I had some errors and then fixed them, now I am getting this error. Any assistance would be very helpful. Cheers:)

Couldn't find a matrix report named 'Accounts by Market'.
However, I had created the Matrix report with the same name and saved it under the Residential Reports folder.
Tried deleting and re-doing it atleast 3 times, but still getting the same error. I also tried refreshing the Dashboards as suggested, but nothing helps. Appreciate if someone can point out what's wrong here.

Don't make a new dev org, just make sure you go through the challenge requirements step by step.
For me, the problem was the with filter in the "Open Support Cases" report. It should be
Status not equal to "Closed"
otherwise it fails the tests.
Save and refresh the report and the dashboards.
The report 'High Value Residential' is incorrectly organized.

Thanks to your screenshot I was able to realize how exactly bucketing should be done. This helped me alot to fix my error message for the report. I`d recomment that you read very carefully word by word the requirements and check on the report 1:1. Few things that I made a mistake with:
1. I was not bucketing the rest of the categories as "Other".
2. Double-checking I realized my report shows Details, and requirements says to remove that
3. Make sure you run your report for "All times" and it is configured to show "All records"

I m stuck with this error forever. Cannot move ahead. I have outlined the reports and dashboard as per the requirement and also refreshed both dashboard before I check challenge. Can someone please help me out here.

After importing the bsx-account file and the suggestion changes in the file , I cannot find the Residential account type.
I use DE and TP without success.

Hello Everyone,
Those who are getting the error to create a new Developer Edition to complete the challenge, you do not need to create as we can fix it simply by pressing Ctrl+F5 or clearing the cache of your browser.
This would fix the issue and would be able to complete the challenge as expected.
If you still stuck up with any other issues and planning to give up, then please refer the below URL and just follow the same steps.
I'm sure you would complete the challenge in an hour!!

Attempted:
Cloning Report - Save as a copy - renamed, disassociated original from dashboard - deleted. Then assigned new report to the appropriate dashboard - rechecked function, visually - cannot see any issues - Still Red ERROR above
Verified Folder location - Still error
Verified Filters and criterion - Still error
Closed Browser, Logged Out, Cleared Cache/Cookies - reloaded, logged-in - Still error
Saved In Public Folder - Still error
What am I missing?

By Adding in filter of account = residential
Another issue I ran into with this challenge: 'Open Support Cases' is accepted if you use the filter "Closed=False", but NOT if you use the filter "Open=True". Because they are obviously very different. Hopefully this can save somebody else from 30 minutes of frustration.

I usually verify by submitting at each substep (like report1, report2, report3, report4, dashbord1 etc) and move to next one only after clearing sub step. does it impact the outcome by anychance?

I'm only able to see residential and utility. Other is not getting displayed even after I check the box
If that doesnt work--
1) make sure you spelled it correctly
2) make sure there are no odd spaces or extra spaces in the title
Otherwise, this error really shouldn't show up.
