I am unable to see settings and menu panel in my trailhead account

Once I login into trailhead unable to see my hands-on-org and setting also I can't see the menu panel which is present on trailhead.

I have attched 3 screenshoots origanily trailhead should have like (view) 3rd screenshoots which i am uable to see.
Also when I open my profile setting it's not showing me my Certificates, trailhead Rank and points it's showing me data of someone else.User-added imageUser-added imageUser-added image
