You can also use this tool with MS Word and MS Access files.

Hi Sophie Watson,

You can protect your file by following these steps:
suppose your file is an excel file then->
Click File->info-->Select the Protect Workbook box and choose Encrypt with Password--> Enter Password in Box--> OK.
