How do i get the Alphabet/Rolodex in salesforce Lighting view which is available in salesforce classic

Hi Team,
I am unable to see the Alphabet/Rolodex in Salesforce Lightning but which is available in Salesforce Classic. Please help me on this how could i get this feature in Lightning.

Greetings to you!

It's not there as part of Lightning Experience. According to Salesforce doc:

Navigation through list views has changed. Because list views have infinite scrolling, you can’t specify the number of records to show per page. Also, you can’t navigate through pages with arrow buttons, and you can’t jump to a specific page of results. There’s no alphabet rolodex for list views.

There's an idea which is active on the success community with a similar discussion for which you can upvote so that it gets available in the future.

Lightning Experience currently does not display the Alphabet/Rolodex when a ListView is sorted by a text field.  Instead, it gives the ability to search from the list view .. if you want to such you need to build the custom component ..
