Restrict Salesforce global search with some custom objects

I want to restrict salesforce global search in outlook with some filter criteria, is it possible?

Hi Arun,

You can search records of the custom object if your profile has view /read permission on the object. you only going to view records which are shared with you. Role hierarchy decides which records should be visible. If you owner of records and the owner of the record below your role hierarchy, then you can view the record. records sharing rules can also open up the record for you. also check OWD(organization-wide default) setting of the object
name>setup>admin setup>security control>
if it is having public/read then anyone can view with reading permission from their profile.
Make sure you've created a Tab for the object.  Once there's a tab, the search will find it.
