I am facing the same error
I have completed this challenge recently and sharing the actual implementation of this challenge.
There are few things which are not listed in the requirement but we have to take care of them.
1. Add values Micron and Request in the global picklist "Unit of measure" as well othr than picklist of mentioned consumption schedule objects.
2. Add pre-created values for Billing rule, tax rule and revenue recognition rule for both consumption schedules.
3. Add product as "SolarBot" in both consumption schedule.

For both Consumption Schedules the configuration is what Shilpa indicates. I add this images because for Billing Term I switch from 12 to 1 in order to pass.
Don´t forget to change the Consumption Schedule page assignment to 'Billing Consumption Schedule Layout'.

I have completed up to challenge 4 and now am adding products to the quote.
I can add and save all products except SolarBots. When I add SolarBots to the quote, it shows in the cart but when I try to save the quote or click Calculate, it throws an error...

Could some one please help on this ,i am on challenge 15 created 2 Orders,creted usage summary and Usage for the first order,added the Legal entity,ceated the invoice of Amount 52,500 for second order (please find the images)
But when in the relates list of Account the Invoice balance is 47800,i think i did something wrong in payment allocation..(now i can am not able to edit payment or invoice ,i am not able to delete the order also getting the error like because there is active invoice you can noet delete the order ,when i try to delete or edit the invoice i am getting the error like you can not edit the invoice one it is posted )

I've been trying to complete challenge 15 for the past day and I can't figure out what wrong. At the moment when I update the quote status to approved I'm getting 3 orders instead of 2. Any ideas?
