OAUTH Error 1800 - RD Station Integration
Hi,
We're trying to integrate our Salesforce Org to an app called RD Station using a standard app from RD.
When I try to connect this error shows up
"We can't authorize you because of an OAuth error. For more information, contact your Salesforce administrator.
1800: There was a problem in setting up your remote access"
can someone please help us?
Additional information, first we tried to connect in the Prod enviroment (where the error shows up), after that we connect in the Dev sandbox and it worked fine. Only in the Prod it wont work

My user has the default admin profile on both environments. There is not a permission set grant more access that the admin user already have.
