Como eu pego o valor da quantidade de dias em cada fase da oportunidade?

Preciso pegar este valor da quantidade de dias que uma oportunidade passou em cada fase, mas não acho nada relacionado, só vejo pra relatórios.. alguém pode me ajudar?

1) We have used Opportunity History object to get the records where the stage was changed.
2) We have used in our org a workflow rule which is fired on stage updates, it updates a date field to store the time at which stage was modified, similarly for the next stage and then we calculate the difference between those 2 dates.
