Implemention procedure of SendGrid functionality of Heroku

I need an Urgent help to investigate on the SendGrid functionality of Heroku. As I'm new to this  I would like to understand the implementation process of it.Kindly share any document if it is there related this.

Thank you.
Our requirement is to send bulk email per day (apx 25 k). Business will be providing email  template ( via email ) & records in the format of excel.
We hope this implementation is already available in instance, but not sure how to dig through it more and do similar activity.
