Dear Raj,

The best way to learn salesforce is to use the following.

The resources that Mudasir provided are great, but I would also have to ask if you are interested in a career as an admin or developer.  As far as career opportunities, SFDC Developer and Admin seem to be a growth market right now given the number of recruiter calls that I receive each week.  You should also consider reading the (rather lengthy) documentation available here:  https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHelpDoc?id=quicktour_tips.htm (https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHelpDoc?id=quicktour_tips.htm" target="_blank)
