Install Package Problem

Hi,

i have a problem regarding installing a package. This failure:

Unable to install this package for the following reasons:


Missing Organization Feature: Solution.RecordType  
Missing Organization Feature: Contact.RecordType  
Missing Organization Feature: Task.RecordType  
Missing Organization Feature: Account.RecordType  


Do you have an idea?

Are you perhaps using Professional Edition which doesn't support Record Types?

Hi tested that with a free edition.

With my developer edition it  is running but i don't see this package because with the same user i devlop this one

Right, so Developer Edition has record types, but PE does not.  This package evidently requires record types.

From the docs:

Record types allow you to offer different business processes, picklist values, and page layouts to different users based on their profiles. Record types can be used in various ways, for example:

  • Create record types for opportunities to differentiate your regular sales deals from your professional services engagements and offer different picklist values for each.
  • Create record types for cases to display different page layouts for your customer support cases versus your billing cases.
