why it give me error on the Action.User ?

On the action global variable View not exist for User object. for moredetail : https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.pages.meta/pages/pages_variables_global_action_valid_values.htm

Syntax : {!URLFOR(  $Action.Batch__c.View  , Batch__c.Id )}
