Show Report folder from a Custom Tab??

I have created a custom tab as well as some custom reports. 

I was hoping there was a way to display the folder of custom reports from the custom tab.  That way Regional Sales Managers who have access can run their reports off of the custom tab.

I think you need to setup a new custom 'Web' tab which will point to the report folder URL. That way the user just clicks on the tab an will see all the reports in that folder.

The custom reports are within SF, how do I figure out the URL for those...or I should say, the URL for the folder where the reports are filed under.
