RelatedContacts for in WorkFlow Rule

Hi

 

1.I need to create an Email Alert on Account,now I need to send Email Alert for

 the Contacts which are associated withe the Account.So when I select the 

RelatedContacts of Account as Recipient Type,Why I am not getting Contacts

associated with that Account? If any know about this help me.

Don't get confused by the word Contacts. It does not mean contact records for the Account. Instead it mean , 

  • Related Contact—An associated contact on the record. For example, you can select the                                Customer Signed By field for contracts that contain the name of the contract signer.

 

you can see this field in Contract Object, So if you create email alert on contract you will see this option.
