quotes rejected by customer



     I am working  with the quotes. If a quote in a pdf format is sent to the customer via email, how will the customer accept or reject  the Quote. 

Is there a way to implement a button in the pdf for the approval or rejection of the Quote presented by the Agent.

We usually use Quote Approval Process for the Quote to be Approved by Sales Rep's Manager to be sent to the Customer. 


We do not use Approval process externally where customer can approve or reject quote via email, that is tracked under Opportunity and the Rep has to fill out the details as Opportunity or Quote Rejected.
