Is there a way to remove subtotal column on a matrix report?

You could create an extraneous aggregate formula in your report (which would evaluate to the same as the total of one of your fields).  Then you can control at what summary levels the formula shows up in.

Thanks for the response.  i am still having some difficulties. 

 

My matrix report has for row headings

 

Subtotal by Opportunity Owner and then by Opportunity Name

 

Column Headings

 

Subtotal by schedule Month and then by Product Family

 

I removed the checkbox to total Schedule amount and then created a custom formula REVENUE_AMOUNT:SUM

and placed it to summarize at A: Opportunity Name  B:Product Family

 

It seemed to work except it still has the subtotal column except it is empty and still displaying.  Is there anything else i can do?  Thanks
