Email to Case - attachments

We are using email to case and it's working pretty well.  One issue we are seeing is that if you send in an email with an attachment, the attachment does not get attached to the case (it's just dropped).  Attachments are a big part of our workflow that we need attached to the case -how do we set this up?  thanks

Hello!

Posible solutions:

I think the attachments are saved in the Open Activities related list.

Scroll down to the Open Activity and then click on the link to open it. Above the task detail, the line "This task appears to be associated with an Email Message. Click here to view the associated Email Message."

Once you click on this you will see the attachment on the email.

Search Appexchange for apps that copy attachments to your case, like http://appexchange.salesforce.com/reviews?listingId=a0N300000016cOVEAY

Create a custom enail service that replaces email to case and also copies over the attachments.

Pick one! :)
