Auto refresh dashboards without S Control

Do you know how to perform auto refresh for dashboards without S Control ?

You can schedule dashboard refreshes - if you navigate to a dashboard and click on the 'Run Report' drop-down, it lets you choose 'Schedule Future Runs'.

 

The only catch with this is that you'd have to put in an email address, because it emails the dashboard as part of the refresh.

 

A small give for quite a significant take, I'd say.

Actually, i want my dashboards to auto refresh, for example every 10 minutes, when i'm on the dashboards page.
