To simulate an inbound call with the demo adapter, you can right-click the S-phone icon in the system tray; there you'll see a few options for simulating inbound calls.  You can also hit Win-Shift-Z to simulate an inbound call with no attached data, and Win-Shift-X to simulate a call with some attached data.

Thanks dude!!!:smileyhappy:

I tried it, its working fine for a single record ( I customized the demo_menu xml file and made the lead record to display by simulation of inbound call from the phone # related to that lead record)

Can we make inbound calls from multiple phone #'s in salesforce demo adapter v3.0, so that it displays  different records corresponding to that  phone number associated with those records.

You only get to simulate 2 numbers, one for the regular call and one for the IVR call.  If you want it to match just on phone numbers then put some bogus info in the search string for the IVR call and it'll default to searching by the phone number, so put another number in there.
