Connection timed out: connect

I've been getting a lot of time outs in the last few weeks. Has anyone else noticed an increase of this? Maybe it's just us, I'm not sure.

Hmm - perhaps you can increase your connection time out?

I've heard that the newer Axis builds (1.2 and 1.3) have better connection handling in general..

I am also getting connection timed out errors most of the time I try to deploy new Apex Triggers or Apex Classes. Please help. I have tried everything. What solved the problem for you. Any help will be genuinely appreciated.

I am still seeing this exception. I am getting this exception when I connect from my eclipse.. Its giving me connect timed out error when I try to setup the project. I am getting this error for all sandboxes.
