Custom objects

hi,

Can we create custome objects through the AppExchange API? I mean, i need to write a code which should generate a custom object. Kindly help me in this regard.

Nope, this is not possible today via the API. You can use AppExchange to package a custom object into something that can be installed, but you can't do this programatically.
