Total Records returned for single SOQL

Hi,

 

Can anyone give information on how many records are returned by single SOQL query in trigger.

You can retrive 50,000 records using single SOQL query in trigger.

50000 records. But it is advisable not to use direct such query when the record in any near to that because it will cause limits to pass especially if you DML with that. When the record count is huge use Batch Apex.

Hi,

You are really limited by the max return of SOQL query which is 50,000
