Yes, Salesforce.com is HIPAA compliant and the same is also available on the Salesforce TRUST portal -http://trust.salesforce.com/trust/laws/

 

I would advise you to contact your Salesforce Account Executive or their Sales Support (in case you have not signed up yet) to find detailed info around this compliance
