Job Description

NJ Power Supply manufacturer with worldwide locations seeks SALESFORCE.COM DEVELOPER / ANALYST


This individual will serve as developer and business analyst for Globtek's Salesforce.com implementations. As part of the IT team this position is responsible for teaming with business sponsors and administrators to understand their needs and implement SFDC functionality. Individual will provide technical and process direction to each SFDC implementation. 


  • 5 or more years of experience managing projects in positions of increasing responsibility in delivery of business systems.
  • At least 1-2 years proven experience with large scale Salesforce.com CRM implementation and interfacing/integrating SFDC application with legacy/external applications.
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with good understanding of the business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, order management, Quote Management…etc).
  • Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with Visual Force, APEX APIs, APEX Triggers and APEX Web services.
  • Salesforce.com batch and event-driven integration experience with Data Loader. Thorough understanding of XML, SQL and enterprise data integration tools.
  • Solid understanding of the SFDC Data model, Architecture, constraints and governors.
  • Salesforce.com Configuration, Change Management, Migration, and Deployment experience.
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills. Ability to evaluate business needs, balance with legacy architecture and data sources to develop end state process including data analysis, model design,, data mapping and customizations to achieve desired results.
  • Experience with SalesForce to SalesForce and Partner Portals desirable.
  • Strong technical resource with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies.
  • Must have experience working with cross functional teams, task management skills, and achieving quality results through team interaction.
  • Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple projects and work streams at one time. Must be able to deliver results based upon project deadlines.




  • SFDC certification – 401 and 501 desirable
  • Experience working in a large, global organization.
  • Business Acumen in Sales & Marketing
  • Traditional Web development experience (preferably .Net)

Required Education Level:
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering OR equivalent experience and knowledge required.
