Twenty Recruitment are currently recruiting a Salesforce Developer for a medical device firm based in San Diego, CA.

In this role you will act as the main developer for all Force.com and Salesforce.com development, admin and best practices for a 1000+ user SFA implementation.

You will be expected to work closely with Sales and Sales Operations staff, project managers, business users, and IT staff to deliver sales and marketing management projects ranging in size from minor enhancements to major multi-year initiatives. You will playa key role in supporting the definition of business processes and developing and configuring Salesforce.com and Force.com applications to support those processes.

Other responsibilities will include reviewing and understanding general business drivers and context for development projects, analyzing and resolving problems and implementing corrective actions as well as defining the Salesforce.com configuration required to support functional and non-functional requirements and business processes.

Finally you will be expected to translate and interpret functional requirements documentation for large projects as well as design and develop complex solutions for the organization's core applications/interfacing systems utilizing knowledge of architectural roadmap/blueprint for application area.

To successfully apply for this role you will need at least 3 years experience as a Salesforce Developer (preferably certified) with advanced Force.com development and configuration skills. Additionally you should have skills across custom app development, formulas, workflows, approval processes, custom objects and fields, page layouts, record types, and reports and dashboards.

You should also have VisualForce page creation experience, integration experience with Salesforce.com API and experience with ERP and CRM in a large organization (especially SAP). Preferably you will have good Apex and Force.com experience, integration experience with SAP and previously experience with international SFDC projects.
