Updated Multi-select Picklist Not Working

Hi there

I recently added some new values to a multi-select picklist.

The values are all showing in the picklist for all record types, however, in the actual page, the values are not showing up in the drop-down box.

Any advice appreciated!

By any chance do you have the field set up as a dependent field?  If so, when you add new values to the picklist you need to go to the field dependency matrix screen to include your new values with the appropriate values of the controlling field.
