Using URL in Email Template

Hi,

 

I had a scenario where when the user submits the record a workflow will be triggered and email to sent to verifier. I need to send the submitted record URL in the template to the verifier. Can anyone tell me how to do this.

IF u go for merging fields for a particular object in Email HTML template,There u can find a field "Detail Link" in merge fields list  ,use that field to send Detail information of that particular record in Email Template.

You can use merge fields to get detail link for getting the particular records : {!objectname.link}
