Can a user with a profile other than sys admin schedule Apex?

Hello All,

I 've a requirement in current assignment that, a user with profile other than sys admin should be able to schedule apex. I logged into Salesforce using that user's credentials. I can see 'SCHEDULE APEX' button, but not working. It is reproting 'INSUFFICIENT PREVILAGES' error. 

Could anyone please help?

I tested My own suggestion I missed one this

 

Edit profile -> In Administrative Permissions section

 

Give Right for this also with

Cutomize Application : Set to true and

 

Author Apex : Set it to true for that profile than it will work.

 

Will surely work

Try with this

Login as System Admin

Edit  that user profile ,

there is a CheckBox Field : Customize Application set it to true Save the profile

Now login with this user and check
