How can avoid the security tokens for dataloader?

Directly, there is no way you can do that, they might have kept it that way for certain reasons(Security).

 

You can try to use some automation tool or write a macro to automatically login with security token.

Hello rajaram.admin,

 

Dataloader is an example of accessing salesforce from API, So whenever we login from any API or other tools we require to add combination of security token + Password in Password field.

 

Bottomline is that If you want to get rid of adding security token everytime, what you can do is to add your IP in trusted IP address list.
