How do i take the elements from the Account object that are recently accessed

Are you looking for a recently used records list, like you'd get on the accounts standard tab?  If so, I think you'll be out of luck, as I'm not aware of any way to access that type of information.  Potentially you could update the records every time somone accesses them, but that would slow everything down.
