How do I deinstall Hotkeys

I have hotkeys installed and I want to remove this functon but I do not see a deinstall option.  Does anyone know how I can get rid of this add-on?

you should be able to remove this by going to your home page customize area ( setup, app setup, customize , home page)

and delete the side bar element that holds hot keys.

Are there pre-installed hotkeys in Salesforce that would enable me to use the keyboard instead of clicking on tabs and links?

For example, from a detail page I would like to return my my home page by using the keyboard.
