At what percent data storage capacity exceeds, any one have idea? My guess is 110%. please correct me if i am wrong.

We are at 100% usage. When we will start receiving the limit exceeded exception?

To my knowledge there is no hard and fast rule. However you are at risk of getting record save exceptions. You should immediately work with your Salesforce Account Executive to purchase additional storage AND/OR work on a data archiving strategy.
