How to generate WSDL?

In API Sections, I'm not getting anything to generate WSDL.

Please see attached image.

You signed up for a 30 day trial, which doesn't include API access, instead you need to sign up for a developer edition account, see http://developer.force.com

There are different kinds of accounts that allow you different functionalities for your organization.  In this case you are not able to generate WSDL because maybe you dont have permission to make API calls to the salesforce backend.  Only when you have full sandbox access or have a developer org will you be able to make API calls.
