by using renderas attribute can we convert vf page to (pdf,csv and word).is it possible

Hi Sri Manne,
    we use renderas attribute to generate pdf file where as contentType="application/vnd.msword" to generate ms-word file and  contentType="application/vnd.ms-excel" to generate excel file.

It is only possible to create a PDF and we do not have the other options yet.

Yes Ashish.. Currently the salesforce supporting reneder as PDF only, even in there is some restrictions.

For converting vf page to pdf and Word. I think you can save vf page as JPEG, then use JPEG to PDF converter: 1 (http://www.rasteredge.com/software/jpeg-pdf-converter/)
And PDF to Word converter: 2 (http://www.rasteredge.com/how-to/vb-net-imaging/pdf-convert-word/)
