Lil_Ranger1111 Is there a way to capture whom approves or rejects an approval process through email
Just wondering if there is a way to capture in the history whom approved or rejected an approval process through email? I know that all the information is captured in the approval history. I'd just like to know how it was accepted/rejected.
As fas as I know you can not do this, we have tried to achieve this but Apporve and Reject process through email is same as Salesforce UI. Approval request email uses specific reply address to tract the response which we can not access.
