Lead Lookup field [concatenated lead name and account name]

Hi,

We currently had a lead lookup field to our custom object. the problem is, when viewing the record, the field displayed concatenated lead name and its account name.
is that a standard display or is there a way to remove the account name in lookup?

Hi, when you click on the Lead Name value(shown in the screen shot) what does the lead record name show? Please verify. This is not a standard behavior, by default the lookup field show the value of the name field in standard pages. Please do share the screen shot of the actual lead that is shown when you click on the link.
