View Google Site from Tab

How can a Google Site be viewed from a tab in SFDC?  The goal here is to create a new Tab in SFDC.  Then when a user clicks on that tab an internal Google Site is shown within the page with the sidebar displayed.

Thanks

You'll need to setup a web tab, which allows you to specify any URL you'd like for the content of the tab.

1. Click Setup > Create > Tabs
2. Click "New" in the Web Tabs section
3. The wizard is pretty self-explanatory from there.  Basic configuration options.

Good luck.

Already tried that and entered the Google Site URL but the tab just returns a blank page.

Salesforce has implemented its own defenses to clickjacking attacks within the native UI. Due to this, the iFraming of Salesforce, or the iFraming of some external websites may no longer be possible.

As a workaround, customers encountering this problem with a Web tab or custom link can deliver the URL as a custom link with the behavior set to:

- Display in new window
- Display in existing window without sidebar or header

Thanks.  Still having an issue though after displaying without sidebar.  Here is the tab setup:

I recreated your scenario and am having the same results.  Per the knowledge article linked below, you'll probably have to submit a case to get this resolved.
