Angular Js in Visualforce

Hi folks,
        Can anyone tell me how to convert the below angular js code to visualforce ?

Put your whole "<head>" and "<body>" tags as it is in Visualforce. Remove "<html>" start and end tags. Make sure libraries are rightly referenced.

What part of it isn't working? I copied and pasted your example it was working, although the angularjs part was missing the app logic for it work properly.

As Sumitkumar_Shingavi said, you don't need <html> tags, but it will still work.
