Hi Praveen,

I suppose you idele means the case is created but no one has taken it's ownership or started working on this.

If you need to identify the idele cases, you can write a workflow rule which wiill be trigger on Case status change.  Let say,for new case without owner will be in Status "New" and once the owner is assigned, the status will be "Working". In this case you can write a workflow on Case status change and or if case== new and add time bound action to it.

Thanks,
Pratik
