Sandbox to production deployment time what are the points Mandatory?

You need to do :

1. Name your change set appropriately so that you could identify them.
2. Put description 
3. Add all the metadata
4. Add All the components
5. If there are any manual steps to be done note them in description
6. Validate the change set before you deploy the deployment
