what happen when you import data using data loader if reparent option is checked and non checked?

If Allow Reparenting option is checked then you can change the parent record for a child record in a master-detail relationship. If unchecked, you cannot “reparent” records in master-detail relationship.

From the data loader stand point if you are creating new child records the behaviour would be same if the option is checked or not. If you are updating the childs parent and if the option is checked then the update will throw error.
