Hi All,
I am from Payment/Payroll agent tools. There are many workflows supported by Case 360 for maintaing the case life cyle for any request. I wanted to understand what type of workflows salesforce support and How extensive is it ?
Please somebody help me in this regard.

Thanks for your reply . It was very useful information pretaining to workflows. Few things , I was not able to find , Does the workflow provide retry mechanism , if any error occurs ?
is there any place where i can come to know the all the Data Entity salesforce has ?
We are having Payment/Payroll Agent tool .I would like to know the Data Model related to these domain.
