Dynamic picklist values on a std case page
Hi,
We have items picklist field on case object.
My business team wants to control the values of the picklist.
We do not want to give them sys admin profile.
Is there any way they can control the picklist values without giving the sys admin profile?
Is there any other profile which can do this? (or) is there any other option?
Thanks,
JBabu.

You can use record types for this purpose.Different record types of a standard object can be associated with different pick list values of the picklist field.

I cannot use record types. Picklist values need to be changed dynamically and we do not know the values ahead. Business team wants to create values in this "items" picklist on the fly.
We cannt give them sys admin access.
I am thinking is there any other option to give business team to control the values.
(or) any other profile other than sys admin can do this?
Thanks,
